Terms of Sale

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, sales and promotions can change at any time, but the price you’re charged is the one shown at checkout when you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Sales tax is added at checkout where we’re required to collect it. If we make a mistake in a listed price, or can’t fulfill an order, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

• Ships within 1 business day. Orders leave us within 1 business day of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). That includes cards we set up for you.
• Every card is tested before it ships to make sure it works.
• We ship within the United States only. Shipping is $2.99 on orders of 1–2 cards and free on orders of 3 or more.
• Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and isn’t guaranteed.
• If something ever prevents us from shipping on time, we’ll email you with a new ship date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund instead.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll work with you to reship it; the extra shipping cost may apply.

• You can return any card within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid for it.
• You pay the return shippingfor returns of cards that work as described. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.
• To start a return, email info@jvcmodels.com with your name and order details, and we’ll send you the return address. Please don’t mail cards back without contacting us first.
• Once we receive the return, we’ll refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Every card is tested before it ships, but if one arrives damaged or doesn’t work, contact us within 30days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund it — and in that case you won’t pay for return shipping.

If you choose “Set it up for me,” we program your cards with the Google review link or business name you give us at checkout. Please check that it’s correct — if we can’t find your business from what you sent, we’ll contact you before shipping. If you choose “I’ll set it up myself,” step-by-step setup instructions come with your order.

Tapping works with most modern iPhones (iPhone XS and newer) and most Android phones with NFC turned on. Some phones, cases or settings may not read the tap; every card also has a QR code that any phone with a camera can scan.

• The cards make it easier for customers to leave a review. We don’t guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, or any business result.
• You’re responsible for how you use the cards, including following Google’s review policies and the law. For example, don’t offer discounts, gifts or other rewards in exchange for reviews, and ask all customers — not only happy ones.
• If Google changes how its review pages work, a card may need to be updated with a new link. Contact us and we’ll help.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business or profits). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
