Privacy Policy

• When you order review cards: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, what you ordered, whether you want us to set up your cards, and the Google review link or business name you give us. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• When you use our contact form: your name, business name and type, email, phone number (optional) and your message.
• When you use the chat assistant:the messages you type. Please don’t enter payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
• Automatically: like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use it only to keep the site running and to block abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions).

• To process, program, ship and support your order, including returns.
• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To keep records we’re required to keep, such as tax and accounting records.
• To protect the site and our customers from fraud and abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• Stripe — payments and checkout (Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud).
• Shipping carriers — your name and address, to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and privacy-friendly visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
• Google (Sheets and email) and Resend — storing and delivering contact-form messages.
• Groq— generates the chat assistant’s replies. We don’t store chat conversations ourselves.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages are popular, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you across other websites. Our site saves your cart in your own browser so it’s still there if you come back, and remembers whether you’ve seen the chat greeting. You can clear this any time in your browser settings. Because we don’t track you across sites, we don’t change anything in response to “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep order information as long as needed to support your order and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Contact-form messages are kept while we’re working with you and for a reasonable time after.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@jvcmodels.com. We may need to keep some records (for example, for taxes) even after a deletion request.

We use reputable providers and secure (HTTPS) connections, and we limit who can access your information. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we work to protect it.

Our site and products are meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
